I had Zick Construction come out and price painting the Exterior of my house. This was the 3rd bid I had received for the work.

The price for the work was the low number, but the difference was the extra work they included. What the other companies did not include was the replacement of damaged siding, joint sealant at all windows, and they also replaced some trim to make sure the job was done correctly.

I have also called them after every major hail storm. I received a response within 12 hours and had someone onsite within 24. My roof has been inspected and signed off, which as a home owner is one less thing to worry about.

I recently have requested a price to replace my driveway and will be using Zick Construction again.

Highly recommend for the quality, availability, and cost efficiency.
